Do you sell natural or lab created gemstones?
All our gemstones are 100% natural as created by nature over millions of years. The only exceptions are lab created Diamonds and Moissanites – such gemstones are clearly marked as “Lab Created” in the description of such gemstones.
Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?
Yes, the product images are REAL images of the product you will buy. We do not use generic or stock images for any of the gemstones we sell.
Do you ship worldwide?
We ship to most of the countries around the world. Our payment gateways (PayPal and Peach Payments) do not accept payment from a select few countries – and we also do not ship to such countries.
Can I return the product if I am not satisfied?
We want you to be happy with the product you bought. If you are not satisfied, you may return the product within 14 days from date of receipt – providing the gemstone package is in an UNOPENED condition, the security seals are UNTAMPERED and INTACT. Returning the product is subject to the terms and conditions of our REFUNDS and RETURNS POLICY.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”
With the exception of our calibrated gemstones, each gemstone is unique in its dimensions, clarity, carat weight and other specifications. Due to it’s unique properties, once a gemstone is sold, it cannot be restocked with another gemstone. Each gemstone sold on this website is truly “one of a kind” gemstone.
